The Absent Road

No offense to Frost

But the road less taken

Is still a road

And often wanting

So there comes a time

When morals dictate

A brave new venture

To cut a new path from the road

And lead rather than follow

The road less taken is a option

But not the only one of two

The absent road is ever before you

The direction to be told

The destination unforseen

An adventure quite new

About The Lost Poet

I write because I find inspiration. It is my hope that through my writing some connections may be felt. Everything I write comes from my experiences with life, and with the people that I love. I try to remember to see myself in everyone, and everyone in myself.
